System Of A Down - Chop Suey

這次要介紹的Chop sury是收錄在System of A Down在2001年9月發布的第二張專輯<Toxicity>


從一開始的強力節奏就讓頭不由自主得跟著上下晃動

副歌部分則用另一種的豐沛情感讓你續嗨之外，脖子也可以休息一下

如此貼心的設計不愧是Blender雜誌所選出的"500首你出生以來最好的歌"之一

這首歌同時被Rock Band II所收錄，已被承認為另類搖滾的代表作之一


另外這首歌也被許多人翻唱過

其中較著名的是Avril Lavigne翻唱的版本

我是覺得唱得頗爛的拉~"~

連歌詞都用blabla帶過...



從MV還可以看出一些比較特別的點

就是他們的團員都長得蠻險象環生的


而且吉他手 鼓手 主唱都留著大鬍子


其中一個比較三八還把它編成辮子


而鼓手的沉悶表清看起來則是相當有喜感(?







而這首歌的歌詞看似黑暗,自殺加上粉飾太平啥的

但也有人這麼說

"the lyrics sound deep but mean nothing"

但是卻沒有什麼印象

為什麼這麼說呢?

還記得有一陣子網路上很紅的"後舍男孩"嗎

(就是放音樂對嘴自HIGH或起笑的影片)

沒錯!!

帶起這種風潮的始祖模仿的就是這首歌!!!

是一支來自於美國加利福尼亞州洛杉磯的重金屬樂隊。

大部分都將他們的音樂風格介於另類金屬和新金屬之間。


他們四個成員是亞美尼亞裔

許多歌曲都是說一些和1915年的亞美尼亞大屠殺，以及正在進行的反恐戰爭有關的信息
